Now I'm not really one for Fashion Week and I very rarely pay attention to the trends or anything because they're never particularly groundbreaking but I did notice how nude nails were all over the place. To be fair, I don't think nude nails are much of a trend because they're a colour for all seasons, which is why they work so well during summer or winter... They're just classic.
There are so many gorgeous nude nail polishes on the high street now that it can be difficult to find the right tone for your skin. Some are too pink, others too yellow and some are too brown but Revlon's new ColourStar Longwear Nail Enamel range in Mannequin Hands has 8 shades to choose from so you can find the right nude for you.
L-R: Porcelain, Natural Pink, Nude Beige
All three shades are very pretty and were a dream to apply because they didn't streak and the swatches you see above are 2 coats so you don't need to layer them up to get some colour pay off. I'm not so sure about Porcelain as it's a strange off-white/yellow shade but the other two shades are gorgeous and will definitely come in handy for those days when I feel like a plain Jane.
The Mannequin Hands collection is going to be launching some time this month (if they're not already out) and you'll be able to pick them up from BeautyMart, Boots and Superdrug for £7.99 each.
Until next time...
