NOTD: A-England 'Ascalon'

I love holographic nail polishes and think they look so much more interesting that block colours to look at so it's no surprise that I've been staring at my nails non-stop since I applied 'Tristam' by A-England. The British brand has been around for a few years now and I only recently dipped a toe in their holographic pool of nail polishes and I have not been disappointed. I'm not going to go in to too much detail about the products but I do recommend everyone head over to their website to see the rest of the range.

'Ascalon' is a dary grey holo with lilac-ish flecks in it so when it catches the light, like in the photo above, it'll have you admiring it for hours on end. Although it is a gorgeous holo, it isn't an obvious holo polish like GOSH 'Holographic' but then again, this one does last longer than a day and you can put a top coat on it without destroying the holo effect.
