I know I post a lot of nail polish posts on here but I think they might be the most useful posts because you can see how a nail polish looks once applied and how it no longer looks like it does in the bottle. There's nothing worse than buying a nail polish that looks really good in the shop or on the website but once you've swatched it, the colour falls flat and the brush leaves behind a streaky mess. Lancôme nail polishes are fantastic because they tick all the right boxes and the new Vernis In Love collection that I spoke of in my previous post has made sure there are more 'on-trend' shades available from the classic brand.
This is another one of my favourite shades from the collection, this is Bleu De Flore:
Bleu De Flore is a deep teal-blue which applied smoothly with no streaks or dodgy air bubbles. Like other Lancome polishes from the Vernis In Love collection, it had a wide brush that helped the polish go on the nail in one swipe and two coats was enough to give an opaque finish that lasted 3 days. Out of all of the Lancome polishes, this is definitely one of my favourites and would probably look good as a pedicure shade as well.
Lancome Vernis In Love in Bleu De Flore is priced at £12.00 and available from Lancome counters nationwide as well as the website.
Have any of you tried the Vernis In Love polishes? There's a gorgeous turquoise that I've seen and now really want to add to my collection.
Until next time...
