FOTD: Another Weekend, Another Wedding

This summer has been one of weddings and so far I've been to SIX. Six weddings, five of were in June alone. I know most of you are probably thinking "What the hell?!" and I don't blame you because it is definitely an expected response. I probably should tell you now that I have another 3, maybe 4, to go to over the next couple of months and that each of these weddings has at least 3 pre-wedding events attached to it. Indian people like to go above and beyond... And over beyond to the next level before backflipping over that and landing on their own little platform where they then look proudly at themselves for accomplishing what nobody else had done before. Or so they like to think.

I couldn't imagine doing a FOTD post each and every time I went to a wedding or pre-wedding party but I managed to take a couple of quick photos before the wedding I went to last weekend. If you've seen my Twitter avi or Facebook profile photo then you'll have already seen this FOTD photo:

I took the photos with my Dad's shiny new Canon 1100D so it obviously picked up on every single imperfection on my face but at least they look semi decent compared to some of my previous FOTD shots.

I was quite proud of myself because I managed to pull the whole look together in about 15minutes from base to lips so at least I know I really can get ready in a hurry!
