Much like Sleek MakeUP and MAC, O.P.I churn out collections faster than your nails dry and as much as I would like to own all of them, it's difficult to keep up. However, the new Nice Stems collection is pretty one that I think will appeal to everyone because the colours are pretty wearable. I'm not going to do a run through of all the shades as I'll save that for a different post but this is one colour that definitely stood out for me and it's called 'Play The Peonies'.
Described as a "soft-pink", this pearly pale pink is a gorgeous shade and could possibly be one of my favourite O.P.I shades to date. It's different to any pearly finish nail polish I own because it is a very soft pearl, if that makes sense because it does in my head. It was an absolute gem to apply and only needed two coats to give an opaque finish with zero streaks. This is definitely a dream come true!!! I've been wearing the nail polish for three days now and am happy to report that there is no tip wear or chips so this is going to be a keeper for me. For anyone that is looking for a nice subtle work-appropriate nail polish shade, then this is a must-have. Hell, I would probably recommend this to a bride to be who is looking for a pretty nail colour to compliment her dress or diamond ;-)
There are three other nail shades in the Nice Stems collection which I will post on here this week, all of which are pink based so if you're a fan of pink nail polishes then stay tuned!
Play With Peonies and the Nice Stems collection is available now from Lena White online and are priced at £10.50 each.
