Haul: Primark Ring Porn

Hey all.

I guess you can tell from the title of the post that this is going to be a bit of ring porn for all your jewellery fiends out there that love a bit of finger bling. I seem to have accumulated quite a few rings over the last few months and have decided that I am now on a mission to have a ring in near enough every colour to match anything that I could possibly pull out of my colour. Yes, I am weird like that but I'm sure there are plenty of you out there who do the same exact thing!

Primark is always a good place to start when you're after some colourful rings or just chunky rings because they're dirt cheap and they actually look quite good. I picked these up last week and love every single one of them :-)

The band on this big diamante flower ring is one of those elasticated ones which is great because I have fat fingers so always struggle when finding a ring that will fit and not cut off my circulation. I've actually seen this ring on a lot of people so clearly I'm not the only one who has been raiding the jewellery section of Primark!

As soon as I saw this ring, I knew that it was going to be coming home with me. I've always looked at these long knuckle-grazing ones and thought they were just a little bit too "woah" for me but it actually doesn't look too bad. It has ornate metal detailing all over and a rose surrounded by diamantes in the middle which give it a little bit of sparkle without being too "bling bling" (Umm, do people even say that anymore?!)

A lot of my Indian outfits are gold or have some sort of gold detailing so I picked this one up as I thought it would be pretty versatile and I'd be able to wear it with anything. The diamante detailing on the bigger ring aren't the plain white/clear type but instead have a pink/multicoloured shine so I'm sure I'll get good use out of this one.

I only bought this ring because it matched a top that I bought on the same day and but I kind of like the dusky beige-pink look of the rose in the middle. The twisted gold bit on the side is lined with diamante's as well but they're not sparkly at all so it's a ring that I could wear in the day time or in the evening.

When I saw this ring, it occurred to me that I don't own a green ring. I think I own an emerald green cocktail ring somewhere but I didn't have a pastel green ring that I could possible match with a similar colour nailpolish. Ok, I'm joking. Well, half joking.

I do have a pastel green sari so this will be a good match with that and I'm sure I'll find something to wear it with during summer when I need something to brighten up my look.

I'm pretty sure you'll still be able to pick these rings up from your local Primark and considering the price of each one, I'd consider them a cheap investment that will pay off each time someone compliments you on it :-)

If anyone knows where to get a nice ring holder from, please let me know. I was going to attempt to make one a la Beauty Fulfilled but I have zero creativity. I checked on eBay too but they're all pretty ugly so I'm going to have to hunt around for one. All suggestions will be welcome!
