Swatcheroonies: Urban Decay NYC Book of Shadows

Hey all.

I thought I'd give you a quick swatcheroonies post on the Urban Decay NYC Book of Shadows because the photos of the eyeshadows really don't do them justice or show you just how pigmented they are!
I've taken photos of the swatches with a flash and then without the flash so you get a better feel of the products but keep in mind that my camera sucks so the colours aren't as true to life.

Overall:
I definitely think that the colours in this palette are gorgeous and would suit pretty much all skintones when used with the right combo. Also, keeping in mind that all of the above swatches are done with one swipe of the finger and have no primer underneath, you can see just how great the colour payoff really is for each shade. However, because the shadows are quite soft, you'd probably see a lot more fallout especially with the ones that contain large glitter particles (i.e. Uzi, Kush, Midnight Cowboy Rides Again, Maui Wowie and Snatch).
Colours such as Loaded, Money, Haight and Radium definitely caught my eye as soon as I saw them purely because they're so different and have a slight pearly/metallic finish to them which would make them ideal for a night out.
With it's fair share of neutrals, purples, pinks and blues, the Urban Decay NYC Book of Shadows has secured it's place in my heart :)
