I very rarely do clothing/footwear related posts on here but I'm on a mission to change that and mix things up a lot more on here. Whilst on my birthday shopping adventure, I accidentally walked into the sale section in The Bentalls Center in Kingston (I hate sales and avoid them at all costs) and ended up actually coming out with a new pair of boots. This is a pretty big milestone for me because the word 'sale' gives me shivers and makes me break out in a cold sweat. OK, that's a bit of an exaggeration but something of the sort does happen to me!
Anyway, these cutie booties were originally priced at £99.00 from Bertie but were knocked down to £47.00 in the sale. Can you say 'BARGAIN'??

They're black suede with a side zip and a studded ankle cuff.
Far from a 6 inch stiletto, the boots have a 1.5 inch heel which is perfect for me because I was after a pair of boots I could wear with anything and at any time of the day. I can't really walk down Hammersmith Road in a pair of F.M.B's now, could I? Lol.

I bet I'm going to get spam comments and weird google searches because I said that!I have to admit, I've never been one for heels smaller than 2 inches because I feel off balance and I've been quite vocal about that too (see the big kitten heels debate) but I really love these ankle boots. They go really well with jeans or skirts and are so comfortable that I'd wear them all the time if I could. The only downside is that they're suede which means I can't wear them in the rain or snow or on a night out where I know some drunken pillock will spill their vodka and cranberry all over them.
