Bouncing In My Booties

Hi all.

It's been almost a week since my last post but I'm back and finally getting back into the swing of blogging again :-)

During Birthday Week back in December, I went on my annual shopping spree in Selfridges and came away with quite a few treasures. There's always a risk that everything I buy before my birthday goes in the sale and gets almost 50% knocked off but I don't care. I don't do sale shopping so if that means I've got to buy something full price, so be it.

These caught my eye in the Miss Selfridge concession in Selfridges and I knew that they would be coming home with me. Actually, they caught my mums eye first who kindly informed me that I had nothing like them in my collection so I had to have them. Lol.

These are the faux fur wedge shoes from Miss Selfridge and were at the bargainous price of £45 (and that's not even a sale price so I was a happy bunny!)

They're a beige-ish suede wedge shoeboot with a rubber tread sole which means they're really comfortable because it softens your walk.

They're only about 2 and a half inches high (if that) so if you're looking for some cute shoe boots for every day wear (bearing in mind that they're suede so probably not the best choice for rainy days) then these are perfect.

The thing I love most about my booties is the inside. They're completely lined, all the way to the front, with faux sheepskin so they keep my tootsies warm too. Who said fashion and function couldn't live in harmony!?

A little shoe porn for you!

I really want a pair of black booties similar to these now so I'm on going on the hunt for them. I know that Miss Selfridge only does this one shade but with similar styles all over the high street, I'm bound to find a pair that I like.
