Hey kids!
I've been using this product for about 4 months now and figured that it needed some loving and praise for how amazing of a product that it really is.
I've never tried any Origins products before and although I've had a look around their concession in Selfridges, I've never actually made a purchase but I kind of regret it now.
This was given to me while working at Bobbi Brown as part of our Summer gift from the MD of Estee Lauder and I'm glad that it was because I've been using it non-stop ever since.

(I love how the photo makes it look like some HG product. Lol.)
I hate the winter. I love the feeling of staying warm when it's cold outside and wearing big fluffy jumpers and all sorts but I hate the havoc that the winter wreaks on my skin. Whether it's my hands, face, feet or legs, winter dries me out.
This is where the Origins cream comes into play. As it's an all purpose cream, you can use it virtually anywhere on your body that is suffering from dry skin or flakiness. It's thick in texture but not too thick where it feels that there is a layer of it left behind.

The product soaks right up into your skin and leaves a really nice smell behind... Well, it's only a nice smell if you like the smell of gingerbread. If you don't like gingerbread, then you probably won't be a fan of it. I wasn't at first but the more I've been using the cream, the more I love the smell of it. Weird.
I've used the product everywhere and it's done the trick of eliminating any tight dry patches on my arms and legs but I especially love it as a hand and nail cream. It leaves me with silky soft mitts and my cuticles look all healthy and polished :-)
Have any of you used this product before? What did you think? Love or loathe?

I have had mixed results from Origins, loved the idea of both the A Perfect World SPF 25 and the VitaZing SPF 15, but the execution was less than satisfactory for me. Like the idea of a multipurpose cream and if it smells of gingerbread that is all the better. Thanks for this. Jan x
ReplyDeleteI've heard good things about their Mushroom range too but have yet to try it.
ReplyDeleteI'd definitely recommend this cream though.. It works on elbows to knees to hands to feet. V. impressed.

I've been eyeing up some of Origins products for a while now. This may make me take the plunge :)
