Hi all!
I bet you were expecting me to do a NOTD of Chanel's new nailpolish 'Paradoxal', which I managed to get hold from House of Fraser on Oxford St. with the help of the beauty PR, but I'm not.
I haven't even swatched it yet.
It's not because I don't think it's pretty and all that laa-di-daa. It's just not wow-ing me. Yet. Being the anti-purple person that I am, I think I may have got sucked into this clever marketing ploy by the bigwigs at Chanel that made us all want it.. I don't know. I'm sure I'll end up giving in by the end of the night and Paradoxal-ising my nails.
Anyway, what I am wearing on my nails has caught a few eyes in the office so I'm happy to be giving it a pedestal :-)

Barry M - 'Racing Green'I've had this beauty sitting in my nailpolish draw for almost 3 months... Ok, maybe that's an exaggeration but it's definitely been over 2 months. I don't know why I've never used it before but it's gorgeous!
It looks like it might too bottle green-ish in the packaging but after 3 coats, it has a glossy finish and is way darker than any bottle green nailpolish I've ever seen. Barry M nailpolishes can be a bit hit and miss sometimes because some can be very thin and need a good 3-4 coats, whereas I could have probably gotten away with 2 with Racing Green.
I'd love to try a YSL Duo-esque look with this nailpolish but not sure what I would pair it with.

I adore this shade. I do silver konad-ing with it, which comes out quite pretty and gothic, but other than that I have no idea!
