NOTD: Models Own 'Lilac Dream'

Hi all.

It's an absolutely glorious day outside, even though it's now 7.30pm, so I'm not going to waffle on for too long. It's just a quick drop in to say hi and show off the NOTD ;)
I present to you........... *drum roll*

Models Own 'Lilac Dream'

I'm not a lilac person. I'm not a purple person. I don't care what kind of shade of purple it is, it's not me. HOWEVER, I may have been swayed when I receieved this through the post a couple of weeks ago because:
1. I adore Models Own nailpolishes
2. The colour actually looked really pretty in the bottle

So I got out the ol' nail file and all sorts and set out to polish up my nails for the sunshine and give my greige nailpolishes a break for the weekend!

I have to admit... I'm really liking this colour! Like all Models Own nailpolishes I own, it takes me atleast 2-3 coats before I get a full and even finish which isn't really a problem for me. Plus, it's not a bright and 'look-at-me' purple but instead an ice cream shade (that's the term that everyone keeps throwing around for pastel shades, right?)

Well done Models Own! You have swayed me! Hats off to you ;-)

I really want some more of their new shades. I'm determined to one day own all 90 shades! Well, atleast try and own them all...
