Happy Holidays

Hi all.

Well even though Christmas has passed and the year is almost out, I thought I'd do a quick post wishing you all Happy Holidays :)
I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas and got everything on your wish list. As per usual, Christmas was insane at my house and was fuelled with enormous amounts of food and double the amount of alcohol. I think we're all still in recovery but it was well worth it!

Much like the rest of you... I'm sure we'll all be reflecting on the year. All the good times we've had along with the bad times. We've all had our ups and downs paired with hello's and goodbye's. From meeting new people to letting go of the past. Now is the time when we think about 2009 and all the things that came with it.

I don't like to keep New Years resolutions mainly because I've never been able to stick with them. Lol. However, this year I plan on making one promise to myself that I intend on sticking to. And that is to keep spending as much time with my family and friends.

I know its not the greatest promise that I can make and might even seem somewhat trivial but this year has shown me that nothing is forever and we really can't take advantage of anything. Although I see my family all the time and spend most of my days with friends... I don't think I truly appreciate the life I have and the opportunities I've been given. So that is what I plan to do.

If like me you're rubbish at keeping resolutions... Then try making one promise to yourself and stick to it.

My next post will most probably be in 2010 now.. Unless I do a make up review before the year is out. You never know with me!
